EXPECTING SERIES // 20 WEEKS

I can't believe that I am officially halfway through pregnancy! Time is flying by and my clothes are getting tighter by the day!

Other than having to buy several pairs of maternity shorts, I have been trying to avoid buying maternity clothes. I think retailers like to jack up the price and charge you way too much for that extra piece of elastic, when ultimately I know they will end up sitting in a storage bin somewhere in a closet! So I've been trying to stretch (literally stretch) my summer wardrobe out as long as possible.

This HnM polka dot dress is one of my summer go-to's. I had to squeeze into it and almost couldn't get the zipper up the back, but I was determined to make it work for my photoshoot in the park. A simple printed dress like this can look so pretty on a growing bump! To all you mamas-to-be, don't be afraid to wear prints while pregnant. The right print will flatter your bump and changing figure rather than making you look and feel larger! ∆
